Jackbox Naughty Pack: Review

I’ve always been a fan of the Jackbox Party Packs. Over the years, they’ve been a hit at game nights with friends, whether we’re in the same room or playing online. The mix of trivia, drawing games, and wordplay has always been fun, so when I heard about Jackbox Naughty Pack, I had to give it a try. This pack promised a more adult-themed experience, which sounded perfect for a party. I’ve had great experiences with other Jackbox packs, but this one? Let’s just say that I wasn’t that impressed.

The pack has three games, starting with Fakin’ It All Night Long. If you’ve played Fakin’ It before, you know how it works: one person is secretly the “Faker” while everyone else gets a task. The Faker has to pretend they know what’s going on, while everyone else tries to figure out who’s faking. The naughty twist here is that the tasks are more… let’s just say, risqué. And honestly? It’s hilarious. Trying to act normal while everyone else is doing something odd never gets old, and the adult-themed prompts made it even funnier. This was by far the best game in the pack and one I’d play again.

Next up is Dirty Drawful, which is pretty much Drawful with dirty prompts. It’s the same idea—everyone draws something based on a prompt, and then the group guesses what it is. Sure, it’s fun to draw some weird, naughty things, but it didn’t feel much different from the original game. After a while, it just felt like we were playing the same game we’ve always played, only with more adult humor. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out like I hoped it would.

Now, Let Me Finish… this one was tough to get through. The idea is that you have to answer really weird questions and defend your answers against your friends. For example, you might have to explain which object in the room has a “leather kink.” Sounds like it could be funny, right? Well, it wasn’t. The jokes felt forced, and it seemed like the game was trying too hard to be outrageous. We ended up laughing more at how bad the game was than the actual prompts. It was just awkward, and we didn’t want to finish the game.

Jackbox Naughty Pack: Overall, the Jackbox Naughty Pack had some high points but also some big misses. Fakin' It All Night Long was definitely the highlight, and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something fun with an adult twist. But Dirty Drawful felt like more of the same, and Let Me Finish was just… not good. If you’re a big Jackbox fan, you might enjoy parts of this pack, but for me, it wasn’t their best work. Tom Henry
